The Forma™ Cushion and Silicone Seal Kit is a two part fit, with an inner foam cushion and outer silicone seal. The inner cushion is made up of foam that conforms to the users face. The outer silicone seal fills up with air and creates a comfortable and reliable seal for the user.
Additional Information:
- Cushions should be cleaned once a week with warm soapy water. They should be completely dry before reinserting them back into the mask.
- The cushion should be switched out when the user notices leaks or when the skin becomes irritated.
- These cushions come in one in a pack, so please pick the size that is right for you.
- The cushion comes in four different sizes: Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large.
- The size of the cushion can be found on the silicone seal at the bottom, towards the center.
