CPAP Warehouse Shipping & Returns
Most orders will be shipped USPS (Priority Mail for the United States Postal Service) unless otherwise specified. All CPAP/BiPAP machines and batteries will ship and be insured by the method you choose at the time of checkout. Please indicate within the checkout screen if you wish to have your order shipped by USPS or by UPS, our two current shipping carriers. Shipment costs vary based on weight and zip code and will be calculated at time of checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All orders placed before 4pm CST are typically shipped same day, Monday through Friday, while any orders placed after this time will be shipped during next business day hours of operation. Please note: this shipment process is dependent on whether your order requires a prescription for sale. If your order requires a prescription, we must verify your prescription before shipment, which can cause slight delay.
During Free Shipping promotions, all shipments will be sent via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.
All returns must be processed within 30 days. After the 30 day window no returns or refunds will be honored as the product(s) is/are considered purchased. Returns of any unopened merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase. Credit card purchases can be refunded in-store or online once items are returned in an unopened condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Per FDA guidelines, and for your health and the health of our customers, CPAP Warehouse does not accept returns after you have opened the packaging of your equipment. By opening the equipment packaging, you agree to accept the equipment.
No credits, refunds, or replacements will be issued until we have received the products into our facilities and examined them.
Please note that positional devices, cleaners, and contour pillows are non-refundable.
