  • How do you place an order?

    Please register for an account online by clicking on the "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" link in the upper right corner and entering in your information, or if you are an existing customer, login and edit your "Account Information."

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. If you have an HSA or FSA card that is backed by any of these major cardholder companies, you will most likely be able to process your purchase as a regular debit or credit purchase. Please check with your cardholder if you are unsure. We also accept payment through PayPal. When placing an order using PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal's website to complete the billing process, before being led back to your CPAP Warehouse cart to complete the purchase. Please note: billing address MUST match the billing address of the payment method you choose. 

  • How do you ship and what will it cost?

    We primarily ship by US mail. When you enter in shipping information at checkout, the webpage will quote you on how much it will cost to ship your order. Current carriers are UPS and USPS. All packages that leave our facility will be tracked according to the USPS or UPS carrier system guidelines. 

  • How do I submit a prescription for my order?

    There are a few options to obtain a prescription for your PAP equipment:

    - We can request your prescription for you! Go to Request a Prescription and submit the form with your US based physician’s information.

    - If you would like to request your prescription from your physician yourself, you can utilize our Prescription Form (this form will be available for download shortly; a paper copy can be obtained in store as well). We would be happy to send you a PDF copy of the Prescription Form by e-mail as well. Get in touch!

    - If you currently have a prescription in hand, please fax it to 708-966-5320, or call us at 630-994-CPAP (2727). You can also upload it directly via our site to your account! Click here to begin your upload.

  • What should I expect after I place my order?

    Please look out for a confirmation e-mail once your order has been submitted. This will indicate if there are any issues with your order. You will be able to track the status of your order by logging into your account.
